Q & A tries to re-contextualize the social roles and positions among the participants related by employment—and a mother-daughter relationship—by creating dialogues between them. The participant in one monitor engages in dialogue with the participant in the other monitor. However, the conversation between the two could not in fact take place in such a direct manner.
